My first reaction is that we would need to find any programs that expect
${PREFIX}/bin/pgp to actually do something useful and patch them
accordingly.  I wonder how big of a problem this would be?

Mark, I'll send you my patches for the exmh2 port under separate cover,
to avoid spamming the -ports list.  pgp6 support probably isn't going to
work, but pgp2, pgp5, and gpg should all be OK (and so should any
combination thereof, simultaneously installed on a system).  Since the
pgp6 support is new, we're probably not going to break too much.
When the "multiple installations of PGP" problem gets sorted out, I'll 
figure out what we need to do to make exmh Do The Right Thing (TM).
But I want to give you what I have now...Real Work is starting to hit 
me.
