already found - growisofs (which i use regularly) do support blu ray 
recording. so i will buy BD-recorder.


the problem is - FreeBSD seems not to support >4GB files on CD9660 
filesystem. mkisofs --iso-level 3 create it fine

Even windoze can then see it properly, but FreeBSD shows multiple files.
