Upgrade of the AfterStep port.  Having played with it for a while, 
I'm not sure if it's quite ready to replace afterstep-1.0.  I've 
talked this over with Andreas Klemm, and we were thinking a repository
copy and making this 'afterstep-devel' might be a worthy endeavor
for those who gotta have it.
