Not very odd.

On subject there is longer encoding word than is allowed
on specification:

 =?koi8-r?B?UmU6IFtpbmV0LWFkbWluc10gUmU6IFtpbmV0LWFkbWluc10g0NLPwszFzcEg0yDbxcrQyc7Hz80gws/M2NvFIDEgzyDEzs/KINDPxNPF1MkgzsEgz8TOz80gyc7UxdLGxcrTxQ==?=


maximun length for excoded word is 75 characters (or something 
similar.)
