There is another problem with adding new directorys in a remote cvs
repository. I have sent a pr about some time ago, but nothing has
happened. Looking in the gnats give me this:

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=5944

In the Gives field it should say:
cvs server: bar already exists, with version number
	Exit 1

Nothing else ;)
