As far as i know now, the most widely used ISDN in the US seems to be the so called "National ISDN". The protocol specification for this seems (!) to be AT&T Document 235-900-341 (current issue is 5): "National ISDN Basic Rate Interface Specification". Anyway, nobody i talked to at AT&T and Lucent could tell me if this contains everything needed to implement a stack and/or if this document contains the US equivalent of Q.921/Q.931. This document can be ordered from Lucent in the US, Tel 317/322-6416 or Fax 317/322-6699 and costs 460 US$ plus S+H. hellmuth -- Hellmuth Michaelis Tel +49 40 559747-70 HCS Hanseatischer Computerservice GmbH Fax +49 40 559747-77 Oldesloer Strasse 97-99 Mail hm [at] hcs.de 22457 Hamburg WWW http://www.hcs.de To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-isdn" in the body of the message
