I'm glad to tell you portlint report *nothing* in this case:
-----------------------------------------------------
drago:[foxfair]/usr/ports/security/cryptlib:144:> portlint .
OK: checking /usr/ports/security/cryptlib/pkg-descr.
OK: checking Makefile.
OK: checking /usr/ports/security/cryptlib/distinfo.
OK: checking /usr/ports/security/cryptlib/files/patch-crypt::aes.h.
OK: checking /usr/ports/security/cryptlib/files/patch-makefile.
looks fine.
drago:[foxfair]/usr/ports/security/cryptlib:145:> portlint -v . | grep -v ^=
Ok
WARN: is it a new port? if so, make $FreeBSD$ tag in comment section empty,=
 to make CVS happy.
0 fatal errors and 1 warnings found.
----------------------------------------
  Well, I did run portlint before import it. But the error screaming from
portsdb command, I have no idea abou it because I follow old way of=20
"make install; make package; make deintall; portlint; pkg_add && pkg_delete=
"=20
stuffs.

  I will change the name to 3.1.b4 as well.
