Hmmm... It seems that you don't have an up to date version of bsd.ports.mk with the new SUB_FILES and SUB_LIST macros. Those were committed to the ports tree on 2004-12-09 as documented in /usr/ports/CHANGES. Make sure that you cvsup(1) the whole ports tree, or at least the contents of /usr/ports/Mk, and everything should work properly.
