Unfortunately, Outlook Express provides no way of deleting HTML e-mail, so I was trying to think of a way to filter it out on my server. I was thinking that maybe a small Perl program to receive all messages and strip out HTML content would work. I know there are tools like procmail about, but they seem like overkill for such a simple function, and I'm not sure tha they'd do what I want (I'm probably more interested in just removing HTML content than in actually deleting an entire message).
