I have tried installing freeBSD vis ftp on a Gateway 2000 P5 166.

The installation completes normally.

However, when I reboot the machine without the floppy image disk.

The machine comes up with

F1....BSD

Default F?

and hangs the only key that respond at F1 F2 and F3 and they simply
repeat the message

Default F?

Thanks for your help on who I should send this question to.
