Mine is a K7S6A elitegroup mainboard having an onboard IDE controller. 

pciconf -lv shows:
atapci0@pci0:2:5:       class=0x010180 card=0x0a411019 chip=0x55131039 rev=0xd0 
hdr=0x00
    vendor   = 'Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS)'
    device   = 'SiS5513 EIDE Controller (A,B step)'
    class    = mass storage
    subclass = ATA

and dmesg | grep atapci shows:
atapci0: <SiS 5591 ATA100 controller> port 0x400
0-0x400f at device 2.5 on pci0
