When you do a soft reset of the system, are the cy boards recognized ? [dmesg |grep cy] We are having that problem with an 8 port board in a 2.1 box. The problem is that after a few hours of usage the modems die, and when you a soft reboot, the problem doesn't clear. The system has to be powered down [physically]. We thought it was a memory conflict thing but eliminated any possible hardware conflicts. -Jerry.
