>Description:
After downloading 4.3-STABLE source via cvsup, make buildworld
fails during the build of perl, with the following error:

==> Your Makefile has been rebuilt. <==
==> Please rerun the make command. <==

If I re-issue the ``make buildworld'' command, the source tree is
cleaned, and the same error occurs. I have been trying this each
week since 4.3-RELEASE (I haven't got my subscription CDROM yet)
without success.
>How-To-Repeat:
Get the source via cvsup, and type ``make buildworld''
