Why   don't  you   just  say,   that   PRs  without   patches  are   NOT
accepted?  And  spare  the   discussions?  This  problem  involves  part
of  the  FreeBSD  (/usr/bin/cvs)   interacting  with  the  FreeBSD  port
(/usr/ports/security/ssh2). Yet, FreeBSD team  refuses to aknowledge the
problem has anything  to do with FreeBSD  -- the PR was  closed the next
day without much investigation.
