Perhaphs we could switch to "-build" here? That would be consistent with how other conflicts are 
resolved, e.g., fd-find and fd.

Also, repology seems to categorize please as please-build (although not that many projects have 
packaged it at that point): https://repology.org/project/please-build/versions
