I did.

I'm puzzled at what it is that Brian wants to do which cannot be
done with our current cloning code.

I was afraid that mentioning things DEVFS/clone can/cannot do would
trigger a pointless digression into who is responsible for adding
DEVFS support to vinum, I mentioned that specifically as a premptive
strike :-)
