In tcsh, you can use Ctrl-D for this. For example, "di^D" will display:
dialog    diff      dig       dirs      diskpart
dialtest  diff3     dirname   disklabel

Stupid thing with tcsh is, on an empty line, Ctrl-D means logout. >-|
