IMHO, this doc isn't that much obsolete. only the part describing
the top-level configuration file is, but the rest looks good.  also,
since there is no other online doc, I think it is better to left
this one rather than nothing. also, as I remember me, some informations
described here aren't described in the manual pages. so, I vote for
keep it.
