Make that:

*default release=cvs tag=.

And remove the "release=cvs" from all of the following.

Don't you mean "ports-archivers"?

BTW, it would be much, much easier to use the supplied example ports-supfile,
and simply create a /usr/sup/ports-all/refuse file to weed out the stuff
you don't want.  Man cvsup for details.
