Automatic reboot in 15 seconds

This is on a system running an SMP kernel with dual pentium pro 200's and 96MB of ram.
>How-To-Repeat:
This error occured when:
1. A 'make world &' was running
2. 'top' was running as root to the console
3. user secure shelled into the system 'su'ed' and ran 'top' to his screen.

At such time the system got upset.
