I just installed 5.3 (binary, clean install), and made gnome2 from
ports. It looks very good, thanks for all the hard work.

The only problems I have observed is that gnome wouldn't start because
the /tmp/.ICE-unix didn't exist and I had to create it manually.

The help pages are incomplete. Is this because they aren't finished, or
because they are missing?

I'm also wondering if it is possible to run evolution 1.4 with gnome2.
Evolution 2.2.1.1 seems to have taken several steps backward, which is
disappointing.

Thanks again,
Scott
