   What can I say? "Yup." :-)
   I've sent email to the appropriate people about the problem. It looks like
CRL's ATM connection to the PB-NAP is down. They've been having problems with
an ATM card in their Cisco "losing sync", and I think they have to reset it
whenever this happens.
