You have a good point, but I still think that audio is as
appropriate for this port as graphics, devel, math,
multimedia or misc could be.

I only ported this one because it's used in games/palomino,
but it appears palomino has its own C++ derivative of the
lib and does not need to depend on this port. I still don't
want to remove it now that some effort has been wasted,
besides it's a good lib and some exposure won't hurt at all.

It would be cool if someone would step forward and take it,
he can then move it to any part of the tree. Until then, I'll be
taking care of the updates and keep it in audio unless
somebody is killed because of it. Sorry :-)
