Epiphany (1.6.4) menu(some) doesn't work. If you select "Toolbars" from Edit menu, then ALL of menu will be frozen/cannot be used at all.
>How-To-Repeat:
Select "About" from Help menu. No problem, right? Then, select "Toolbars" and nothing happened, right? NOW, try "About" again. Nothing happened, uh? Try other ones as well. NOTHING works.
