I tried switching revisions between these 2 to find a trigger.
Somehow, after "rm /usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC/mpboot.o"=E3=80=81mpboot.s =
started
compiling okay.
I updated back to HEAD of 11-stable and kernel links okay.

It looks false alarm so far.
