Yes.  Read http://www.lemis.com/questions.html.  It'll tell you which
mailing lists to send to.  It'll also make some suggestions about how
to get best results.  You need to send this question to
FreeBSD-questions@FreeBSD.org, but you'll need to give more details,
like how you were performing the install.
