Hello, I built such a Cisco replacement box two years ago. It was a bit hard to get it working with unstructured E1 but the engineers at this time were very helpful and the extendet the driver for FreeBSD. At that time LMC support was in 5-current for netgraph but I don't know the status nowadays.
