Well, actually, I shouldn't have written that.  I had two ssh-related 
things in my tree, and I committed one with the history of the other 
in mind....

The above commit can close PR 22307 (assigned to you - but in 
fairness, you inherited it, so you probably haven't gotten around to 
looking at it).

I was confusing this with my comments about documenting 
ENABLE_SUID_SSH :-/
