This doesn't show us if you have any other apache packages in All or www.  =
Try:

ls -al All/apache-*
ls -al www/apache-*

Does this show more than 1 apache-* port? If it does, try removing them.

Try the same for ImageMagick to see if you have multiple packages:

ls -al All/ImageMagick*
ls -al graphics/ImageMagick*
ls -al Latest/ImageMagick*
