Angel,
  How about something like this:

/sbin/ipfw add <rule #> deny log all from any to any 139 setup via <incoming device>

In theory if I am not mistaken this should work. I am posting this to
questions as well so I can verify if This will work on my network as 
well. Lets hope that there is someone who can verify my Theory
