It will probably be very close to 'head', as all the 'green' chapters
are always kept to the latest versions. But we have lots of fixes:
wording, <index> entries, whitespace (few chapters, I'll get on with
them soon).

I'm all in for a party ;) And I am sure Chania-LUG will also be
convinced in an instance!
