Patch to upgrade cloud-init

I've updated the port to 0.7.8. This also removes gpart as a required port
because the gpart included with base contains all of the functionality requ=
ired
for growing the file system, and due to cloud-init's path searching the gpa=
rt
from the ports tree will shadow the gpart in base.

See https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-init/+bug/1404745 for information about
the gpart removal.

There is still the issue that growfs will not be called with -y, I wonder i=
f we
should carry a patch in the ports tree for it because upstream has not yet
merged this patch:

https://code.launchpad.net/~harmw/cloud-init/growfs-gpart-fixes_for_fbsd/+m=
erge/246075

Until that patch is updated growfs in cloud-init is broken. Work-around for
right now is use the rc.d script and create file /firstboot.
