	Oh sure, nobody uses it but it is the definition you asked for,
useless as it is :)

	Have you ever seen an NFS exported common work area directory used
by an international team dumping files in there with names in whatever
encoding their PCs are set up for ? It doesn't take long before nothing can
render a sane looking file listing.

	Yep no test group can ever find more creative ways of screwing you
up than users.
