Yes and no.  If you find out your DNS server's NIC handle with
whois, i.e.,


whois <ns.domain.com>

and then query the whois server:

whois server <NS-HANDLE>

you will get a list.  I say "no" becuase the service is broken and
will only return 50 domains....
