There are three possible culprits in your system: the floppy driver, the
IDE disk driver and the IDE CD driver.  Which one were you using when the
devstat messages appeared?

Whichever one it was, someone who understands it (Mike?) should probably
take a look at the driver and see whether we're getting transactions
completed twice, or transactions that get completed, but were never
started.
