Not withstanding the fact that my name is on the port, the last one to
update it was Vanilla Shu <vanilla@FreeBSD.org>.  I'm not using it for
anything now, so I didn't do a lot of testing with the patches he sent
me to review before committing it.  If you've found a problem that
you've needed to patch around, the thing to do is submit a PR for it.
