Hi- I've somehow corrupted the libcrypt.a and libcrypt.so.2.0 files of my FreeBSD 2.1 release. Hence, I ftp to the FreeBSD ftp site for the libraries. Can someone please tell me which archive under the 2.1.0-RELEASE/bin/ directory contains those two library files ? Also, under /usr/lib/, is libcrypt.a suppose to be a symbolic to libscrypt.a , and libcrypt.so.2.0 to libscrypt.so.2.0 ? Thanks in advance, --Patrick H.K. Yu
