(FYI: if I stop responding, I will be in hospital, I'm waiting for an operation...) OK, I can reproduce it now reliably, running portmaster -a, the following is happening three times now: ===> Building for p5-IO-Socket-SSL-1.81 cp lib/IO/Socket/SSL.pm blib/lib/IO/Socket/SSL.pm Manifying blib/man3/IO::Socket::SSL.3 pkg: sqlite: database is locked Assertion failed: (db->lock_count == 0), function pkgdb_close, file pkgdb.c, line 842. Abort trap (core dumped) No locks active mp# fstat /var/db/pkg/pkgdb.db /var/db/pkg/local.sqlite USER CMD PID FD MOUNT INUM MODE SZ|DV R/W NAME mp# sockstat | grep -e local.sqlite -e pkgdb.db mp# So I guess ist's a pkg problem Which additional information might be needed to debug this? I just wanted to recompile pkg with debug info, but get mp# make /usr/ports/ports-mgmt/pkg/work/pkg-1.0.3/pkg-static/pkg-static: not found *** [check-vulnerable] Error code 127 Stop in /usr/ports/ports-mgmt/pkg. mp# make extract /usr/ports/ports-mgmt/pkg/work/pkg-1.0.3/pkg-static/pkg-static: not found *** [check-vulnerable] Error code 127 Stop in /usr/ports/ports-mgmt/pkg. ?? Never seen this... Will have to investigate before continuing. / Mathias
