I know boot.help has been discussed to death, but I still have a gripe
with it: it's too long. To be precise, it's long enough that if I type
'?' at the boot prompt to list files in the root directory, half the
file listing disappears off the top of the screen. I see two
solutions:

 a) shorten boot.help (this means cutting down on the examples)

 b) don't show boot.help more than once unless the user requests it
(and add a command to print boot.help)
