Hi

I have an Intel dual-CPU m/board with sound on board. The relevant
extract from DMESG PnP probe section is

Probing for PnP devices:
CSN 1 Vendor ID: CSC0b36 [0x360b630e] Serial 0xffffffff Comp ID: @@@0000 [0x0000
0000]
This is a CS4236, but LDN 0 is disabled

and later:
pcm0 not found

...and the sound does not work ("cat /dev/sndstat" says "Device not
configured".

Any clues?

M
