Either send it as a followup of the first one, in that case just
use your mailer, send it to freebsd-gnats-submit@freebsd.org and
use the subject-line: "Re: ports/xxxx: the original subject"

Or send-pr a new one and add the comment: "Please close ports/xxxxx"
