>Description:
The texinfo documentation which come with the new AMD is not
installed under /usr/share/info. I have tried to build and install
it manually, but this does not work.
>How-To-Repeat:
Easy:

  $ cd /usr/src/usr.sbin/amd/doc
  $ make -n all
  rm -f config_local.h
  sh /usr/src/usr.sbin/amd/doc/../include/newvers.sh > config_local.h
  rpcgen -h -C -DWANT_NFS3 /usr/include/rpcsvc/mount.x -o mount.h
  rpcgen -h -C -DWANT_NFS3 /usr/include/rpcsvc/nfs_prot.x -o nfs_prot.h
  cat config_local.h mount.h nfs_prot.h > am-utils.texi
  makeinfo --no-split -I /usr/src/usr.sbin/amd/doc -I /usr/src/usr.sbin/amd/doc/../../../contrib/amd/doc am-utils.texi  -o am-utils.info
  gzip -cn am-utils.info > am-utils.info.gz
  $

This is nonsense!
>Fix:
None known. I have installed the AMD's info using makeinfo and
install-info by hand.
