I had something similar when I was running a version of apache that was
compiled for/on a pre-"ELF" FreeBSD version, and running it on post-"ELF"
FreeBSD.
If you have upgraded to 3.2-S but not recompiled the apache port.... I would
do so....
and it is probably a good idea to cvsup aswell :)
