You don't install FreeBSD on a Microsoft partition.  You would put it
on /dev/ad1s1, for example.  You can then mount the Microsoft file
system under the UNIX hierarchy, for example
 
 # mount /dev/ad0s1 /C:

To run "Windows" applications under FreeBSD, you need the wine port.
