1) vfs.usermount must be set to 1 (/etc/sysctl.conf)

2) The user in question must be a member of a group that has read/write
access to the device (set device permissions in /etc/devfs.conf or
/etc/devfs.rules, modify users with pw(8))

3) The user must _own_ the mount point. (E.g. in his own $HOME or /mnt/$USE=
R)
