Hello all,

I started translating some docs to romanian. For this language
characters from both
the ISO 8879 Latin1 charset as well as the Latin2 charset are needed.

However after building the doc, only the chars from the Latin1 set are
translated into HTML entities.
The characters from the Latin2 set (namely &scedil; and &tcedil;) are
translated as "&amp;scedil;" and
"&amp;tcedil;" ...

What do I need to do, to get those characters translated too?
