/usr/ports/archivers/quazip & quazip-qt5 are broken

to "/usr/local/lib/qt4"

The cmake dir in the port and those beneath it are not created.

The command to install the port was:
make clean package deinstall && pkg add work/pkg/* && make clean

ports is r427130
system is freebsd11-stable r308922
