Unless '--disable-nls' is added to CONFIGURE_ARGS, it fails looking for a nonexistant libintl.h, and even if '--disable-nls' is added, it seems to want the gettext headers to be installed in the build dir, and fails when it tries to copy the nonexistant ${WORKDIR}/gtk+-1.1.9/intl/gettext.h...
