There were a few nits in the manpage (needed to use .Dq instead of "'s, use .Pq
instead of ()'s, start each sentence on a new line, etc.  Also, the "i.e. by
USER" part may not be clear for non-native speakers, so you might want to be
more explicit in the comment (don't use i.e. mainly).  An updated patch can be
found at http://www.FreeBSD.org/~jhb/patches/ftpd.8.patch.
