You should submit your versions of these things.

I think that it would be a good idea at some future time to make a
modification to the bdftopcf or bdftosnf programs to produce
syscons fonts, at least from fixed attribute character set sources
of the right cell size.

Barring that, you need to contact the syscons author.  8-).
